i arrived expecting luxury but was greeted with a tiny room facing a ventilation shaft. where's the view? also, the flat TV with instructions only in vietnamese was just absurd. i thought a little upgrade would be automatic after all these inconveniences, but no special treatment whatsoever. i nearly wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The stay was quite convenient for our family as it is just a short walk from the airport. We appreciated being able to quickly settle in after our late flight. The nearby Parkson CT Plaza provided a great shopping option, and we found some tasty local food stalls just a few steps away. Keep in mind that the room is on the cozy side, but it had all the essentials for a night’s rest.

The location made it easy to explore the Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Bach Dang Wharf. The staff was really friendly and helped us rent motorbikes, which made getting around a breeze. Plus, we found amazing local food options nearby. Definitely a great spot for group outings!
We did experience some issues with the slow elevator, which could be frustrating at times, especially with the number of stairs if you were in a rush.
